Note E-Mail Bidders: When bidding by e-mail please include your name, bidder number, item numbers & dollar amount of bids. If you would like to check on current high bids or would like a better description of an item please call (910-791-6212) rather than e-mail or fax.

REQUESTING A BIDDER NUMBER If you are a new bidder requesting a bidder number I must have your name, real address and phone number before assigning a bidder number.

1. Names and all other information on auction participants is strictly confidential.

2. You may bid by either mail, phone, fax, e-mail or all 4. If two or more mail bids on the same item result in a tie, and no one tops these bids by phone, fax or e-mail, the one with the earliest postmark gets the item. All mail bids must be received by Saturday, October 17, 2009. All fax & e-mail bids must be received by 5:00 P.M. Saturday, October 17, 2009. You may also leave a maximum bid amount. Example, current bid is $25.00, you can raise it to $27.00 but leave a maximum bid of $45.00 that will be used in increments only as needed.

3. Phone bidding is designed to make the auction as close as possible to an auction that you would attend in person. Phone bidding can be used in various ways. A. You can call to see where you stand on items that you submitted mail, e-mail or fax bids on, given this information you can either increase your bid(s), or stand pat. B. If you forgot to submit a bid sheet or at the last minute decide to bid on an item you can do so by phone. Please have your bidder number and item numbers ready when bidding by phone. 910-791-6212

4. The suggested bid ranges, (see below), are provided as a guide, and are based on past auction results, and "Malloy's Sports Collectibles Value Guide". Items may sell for above or below their code range.

BID CODE RANGES:

• A. $10.00 to $25.00.
• B. $26.00 to $50.00.
• C. $51.00 to $100.00
• D. $101.00 to $250.00
• E. Over $250.00

5. All bids must be in whole dollars, (no cents). To protect bidders and consignors we reserve the right to not accept certain bids. Examples of bids that will not be accepted. A. Bids that are less than $10.00. B. Offers to top all bids.

6. Phone bid increases will be accepted in the following minimum increments.

Current Bid:

• $10.00 to $50.00 = $2.00 increase.
• $51.00 to $100.00 = $3.00 increase.
• $101.00 to $200.00 = $5.00 increase.
• Over $200.00 = $10.00 increase.

***NEW*** THE ABOVE INCREMENTS WILL DOUBLE AT 10:00 P.M. SATURDAY 0CTOBER 17th

***NEW*** FINAL DAY PHONE BIDDING: Saturday, October 17th all day long until the phone does not ring for 10 minutes or no bid is raised for 10 minutes. When this occurs the auction is over.

***NEW*** The auction should end by around 10:30 P.M. Saturday night.

7. Invoices will be sent out within 2 days of the end of the auction. Invoices will include a shipping and insurance charge, minimum $3.00. Payments must be received within 10 days of receipt of invoice. Items will be shipped in the order that payments are received. Pay by personal check, money order, cashiers check or PayPal.

8. Items are returnable in same condition as sent within 5 days of receipt, if they are not as described. If items are damaged in shipping report claims to us and either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.

9. All bids are final. Once a bid has been made it can not be retracted.

All glasses are in either mint or near mint condition, unless described otherwise. All decanters are empty and in excellent condition. All miscellaneous non-paper items are in excellent condition unless otherwise described. All miscellaneous paper items with the exception of programs are used but in very good to excellent clean condition unless otherwise noted.

PROGRAMS ARE GRADED ON THE FOLLOWING SCALE:

MINT: Unused.

EXCELLENT: In most cases a program that has slight cover blemishes or flaws, but in some cases may have light writing inside.

VERY GOOD: A program that may have slight cover blemishes, writing or flaws but will have light to medium writing inside.

GOOD: A used program in average condition with medium to heavy writing inside, and may have some writing on cover.
